I would like to introduce Siddur, a brand new piece of software that helps to significantly speed up the process of assigning seats for the High Holidays. Siddur’s immense power is twofold:

1. Siddur is customized for your specific synagogue. We take your exact floor plan and build it right into the software, so that you are actually looking at your synagogue when assigning seats.

2. Siddur allows manual seating for families which require specific seats, then will automatically seat other families based on the rules you input for them.

Other features of Siddur include:

• An easy-to-use graphical interface.
• The ability to export your layout to Microsoft Excel or Word so that you can print labels.
• Automatic backup of your work to our secure servers to make sure you don’t lose any information.
• Very low system requirements and the ability to run on both Windows or Mac OSX.

Siddur will be ready in early July, 2009, well ahead of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
